Creation of the User Information System for Gran Concepción’s Integrated Transport System (the second most populated city in Chile). The project included a study of both the existing visual information elements and codes of information, such as the geography of the urban area, in order to provide relevant and useful information to passengers. A Graphic Standards Stylebook (Manual) was created to specify the systemelements and its correct use, along with a series of digital templates for the design of maps for buses, bus stops and tracks, among others.
