Diploma in Typography | 1st version
The first version of the Diploma in Typography was focused on graduates of graphic design and related careers.
It consisted of several theoretical sessions where various historical, reflection and technical models were presented. These sessions were accompanied by a Workshop of typefaces creation realized from the use of calligraphic instruments to editing digital typefaces.
The issues were discussed from different angles: typographers, designers, architects, web experts, artists, doctors and lawyers were teachers of the Diploma.
The guest lecturers were the typographers Professor Andre Gürtler (Switzerland) and Professor Ruben Fontana (Argentina).
It was conducted between May and October, 2002 for 31 students.
