Development of the architectural guidelines for the Information Offices of the National Tourism Service, Sernatur, along the country. This definitions gave rise to the Manual of architectural identity, which objective was to standardize the interventions in the offices and give a consistent identity to the offices, contributing to the improvement of the quality of their service, information access and visitor experience. Subsequently it was developed the pilot Project on the information office in Santiago based on the manual, which permitted to do the adjustments of the final document for its implementation in the rest of the offices of the National Tourism Service.
