DET

BA in Graphic Design from PUC Valparaíso, Chile, and  MA in Information Design (Distinction) from Reading University, UK. His expertise areas are Information Design and Typography.

He is a Professor at the School of Design UC and was director of the Master in Advanced Design (mada.uc.cl) until 2015.

He is the head of the Frescotype design studio, that carries out consultanting projects in brand design, custom typography and information design. He has participated in several information design and visual tools development teams (DET, SDG, AGR) in Santiago, Concepción, Bogotá, Rome and London, to develop typefaces, pictograms and map design.
