Update of the Transantiago User Information System and the Visual Standards Stylebook for bus network operators and suppliers. The project included the social and design analyses of how diverse passengers’ behavior as well as learning and understanding levels have prompted changes in the transportation system in the first four years since it was implemented. The results of these analyses allowed the team to identify, establish and define a series of new information requirements that were not included in the stylebook’s first edition. Some of these new requirements gave rise to the development of new information system elements while others led to the redesign of existing elements.
